FEES

Standard Initial assessment

• £160 (£180 if at the weekend or after school/evening). 

• Maximum amount of time: 1 hour. 

• Typically carried out in your home.

Standard Initial assessment package includes: 

• Parent/carer consultation. 

• Case history taking

• Individual assessment

• Brief report with simple recommendations for you and your child's educational setting to work on.

Comprehensive assessment

• £300 (£330 if at the weekend or after school/evening). 

• Maximum amount of time: 2.5 hours. 

• Carried out in either your home or your child's educational setting. This is sometimes needed due to the complexities of your child's needs. 

​

Comprehensive assessment package includes Standard Initial Assessment and the following:​

• Parent/carer consultation and staff consultation of your child's educational setting. 

• Detailed report with specific recommendations. 

​

Annual Review report writing

• £80 per hour pro rata.

​

Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) contribution or Education Health Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA).

• £450

• Maximum amount of time: 5 hours. 

• Includes Standard and Comprehensive Assessment Package. 

• Written contribution to EHCP (a very detailed report).

Intervention plan

• From £75

• A detailed plan including your child's outcomes with specific ways of how to achieve these. 

• An idea regarding the frequency of sessions required. 

• Resources required. 

• Everyday ideas to support. 

• In some cases resources will be provided with the intervention plan. 

​

Therapy sessions

• £55 (£75 at the weekend or after school/evening) for 30 minutes. 

• £75 (£95 at the weekend or after school/evening) for 45-60 minutes. 

​

• Sessions will be simple, fun and motivating for your child based on their interests. 

• Each activity will be explained so these can be replicated each day either at home or in your child's educational setting. 

​

Indirect input (writing notes, resource making etc)

• £40 per hour pro rata. 

​

Meetings

• £75 per hour (£95 at the weekend or after school/evenings). 

Support in school

• Half day (09.30-12.30 or 12.30-15.30): £250 

• Full day (09.30-15.30): £500

Support in school's package includes anything under the school's request which can be discussed on initial contact. For example: 

• Assessment

• Working with school staff

• One to one/group intervention. 

• Creating targets. 

​

Training in schools: 

• Twilight (1 hour): £75

• Half day (09.30-12.30 or 12.30-15.30): £225

• Full day (09.30-15.30): £375. 

​

Telephone conversations with parents to discuss therapy ideas and give advice between therapy appointments:

• Free

​

Telephone conversations/emails with professionals/parents

• £45 per 30 minutes pro rata. 

​

Travel: 

• 60p per mile. 

​

Travel time: 

• Considered on an individual bases. This will be discussed upon initial contact. 

​

* Costings for legal and local authority work will be discussed on an individual bases. ​

* A 50% cancellation charge will be applied if there is no or less than 24 hours notice of the appointment.
