Ashley Davies 

Associate of Becky Sherrington Speech, Language and Communication Therapy. 

 

 

Ashley is a dedicated Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist who works part-time in the NHS. She is an active member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC), and holds an advanced DBS certificate.

After graduating with a First-class BSc (Hons) in Speech and Language Therapy, Ashley has gained experience supporting children of all ages across preschool, mainstream school, and special school settings. She has worked in nurseries, schools, clinics, and family homes, and has been part of a wide range of multidisciplinary teams. Through this, she has developed a strong commitment to equipping families, teachers, and support staff with the tools they need to help children thrive.

Ashley is passionate about supporting children to develop their communication skills, enabling them to grow in confidence and express themselves effectively. While experienced across all areas of paediatric communication, she has a particular interest in Speech Sound Disorders (SSD) and has worked with children who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Known for being both professional and approachable, Ashley tailors her therapy to each individual child. She works closely with families and education staff to ensure therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for every child.
